Civil Defense searches for 16-year-old missing at Costambar beach, Puerto Plata

Civil Defense rescue teams are maintaining a search operation by land, sea, and air to locate a 16-year-old boy reported missing on Costambar beach in this province.

According to witnesses in the area, the minor, who is a baseball prospect, was spending time with several friends and his instructor at the time of his disappearance. 

Local authorities reported that the search will continue uninterrupted until the teenager is found.
