For 2016, 246 orders were issued to Rafael Arturo Vásquez, some of which were for more than RD$300,000; 51 for Josafap for amounts in excess of RD$700,000; 38 to Tech, for figures that reach RD$1.6 million and RD$2.7 million, while Grupo Martisdom, also owned by Santana, obtained11 orders to repair vehicles, for more than RD$1.6 million each.
Santana submitted tender offers and was a supplier of several government agencies, according to what he explained in the interrogations by the Office of the Prosecutor of Santo Domingo Oeste and corroborated by the deposition of his nephew Luis Santana, who owns Grupo Martisdom.
