Dominican government to release public institution audit results starting October 2

Santo Domingo.- The Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR) will begin publishing the results of audits conducted at public institutions starting Friday, October 2, at 4:00 p.m., following instructions from President Luis Abinader.

The measure is intended to strengthen transparency and public access to audit findings from the current administration.

Comptroller General Geraldo Espinosa Pérez said the publications will progressively cover audits conducted for periods between August 2020 and December 2025.

The results will be released gradually until the entire period is covered, excluding institutions whose accounts are currently under audit by the Chamber of Accounts.
