Dominican resorts receive multiple 2026 Travvy Award nominations

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Republic and several of its hotels have been nominated in multiple categories at the 2026 Travvy Awards, organized by TravelPulse and AGENT at HOME to recognize excellence in the travel industry.

The country is competing for Best Caribbean Destination, Best Caribbean Culinary Destination, Best Caribbean Wedding and Honeymoon Destination, Best Caribbean Tourism Board, and Best Travel Agent Academy Program.

Several Dominican resorts also received nominations. Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa, The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort, W Punta Cana, Adult All-Inclusive, and Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort are finalists for Best New Hotel in the Caribbean. Club Med Punta Cana was nominated for Best Hotel Renovation, while Cayo Levantado Resort and Sanctuary Cap Cana are in the running for Best All-Inclusive Overall.

Voting is open through September 4, with winners to be announced on November 5 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention Center in Florida.
