Widely scattered showers, mild temps

Santo Domingo.- The East-Southeast wind will bring widely scattered showers mostly over the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest and Central Mountains today, the weather office (Onamet) forecast on Tuesday.

It also forecasts seasonably mild temperatures at night and some light rain mainly for the Northeast and Southeast, in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Onamet issued higher than normal waves advisories for the Caribbean, where small craft should remain in port, and sail near shore along the Atlantic coast.
