Jimmy Llibre set to represent Dominican Republic in GT4 America Championship

Dominican racing driver Jimmy Llibre is set to return to the track on June 12 and 13 at the iconic Road Atlanta circuit as part of the GT4 America Championship, one of North America’s most competitive sports car racing series.

Competing in the PRO category with ACI Motorsports, Llibre will drive a Porsche 718 GT4 RS Clubsport against some of the world’s top professional drivers. He is currently the only Latin American competitor in the category, proudly representing the Dominican Republic on an international stage.

The GT4 America Championship features 35 elite drivers from the United States, Europe, and other regions, providing extensive international media exposure and serving as a platform to showcase Dominican talent globally. Llibre said representing the Dominican Republic at such a high level is both an honor and a responsibility, as he aims to demonstrate that Dominican athletes can compete among the best in international motorsports.

The Dominican driver also acknowledged the support of his sponsors and partners, whose backing has made it possible for him to compete in one of the most prestigious racing championships in North America.
