Magnitude 4.0 earthquake recorded near Punta Cana
Punta Cana.- A magnitude 4.0 earthquake was recorded northeast of Punta Cana on Wednesday, November 4, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The earthquake occurred at 12:59 p.m. local time, with its epicenter located approximately 77 kilometers north-northeast of Punta Cana, at a depth of 20.8 kilometers.
No damage or injuries have been reported so far.
