National Police and Santo Domingo Mayor Coordinate Security Measures for USIP World Games

Santo Domingo.- National Police Director General Major General Ernesto Rodríguez García and National District Mayor Carolina Mejía agreed on new cooperation measures to strengthen citizen security, expand the police patrol model and support preparations for the IV USIP World Games in the Dominican Republic.

The agreements were discussed during Rodríguez García’s courtesy visit to Mejía at the National District City Hall, where both officials reviewed joint initiatives to improve prevention and security across different areas of Santo Domingo.

They also discussed the progressive implementation of the new police patrol model, emphasizing coordination between the National Police and the municipal government.

Another key topic was the organization of the IV USIP World Games, which will bring together representatives of police institutions from several countries in the Dominican Republic.
