Boatpeople haven’t reached Puerto Rico since August, Navy Chief

Santo Domingo.- The Navy Chief of Staff on Thursday affirmed that during his tenure not one boat has made it to Puerto Rico with boatpeople and more than 300 people have been arrested trying to make the crossing.
