Bogus doctor surrenders, faces fraud charges

Santo Domingo. - The National Police announced the arrest of 19 year old Francis Ciprián Arias Monday morning, charged with impersonating a doctor and of swindling several patients in Santiago’s Cabral y Báez hospital.

Via his Twitter account, Police spokesman Máximo Baez confirmed that Ciprián turned himself at the news network SIN.
