Mudslides halt traffic to Constanza, diariolibre.com reports
Bonao, Dominican Republic. – Traffic on the road to the mountain town of Constanza was halted Friday morning at the 7 kilometer marker, as flooding from several days of downpours in the zone unleashed mudslides, diariolibre.com reports.
