Philadelphia air traffic control failure disrupts flights at Dominican Republic’s AILA airport

Santo Domingo.- A technical failure at an air traffic control facility in Philadelphia, United States, disrupted international flights to and from the Dominican Republic on Monday, September 21, affecting several operations at Las Américas International Airport (AILA) in Santo Domingo.
