Dominican Republic, Mexico sign extradition agreement
MEXICO CITY. - The governments of the Dominican Republic and Mexico on Tuesday agreed to hand over in extradition those individuals wanted by the authorities, after the start of a criminal proceeding or if they are sought by law enforcement for a penalty which carries incarceration.
