Alleged killer victim’s daughter found on Web extradited to NYC
New York.- Dominican Justo de los Santos shot compatriot Jose Martinez twice in the chest killing him on November 22, 1986 , and was arrested in Miami after the victim's daughter searched for him since 2006. He was extradited to New York on Friday.
