Former Haitian consul sees ruse in eggs and chicken row
Santo Domingo.- Former Haiti Consul General in Santo Domingo Edwin Paraison on Wednesday said sectors of Port-au-Prince could be behind the ban on poultry and eggs exported from Dominican Republic, "to divert the attention."
