Frontal system brings downpours, lower temperatures
SANTO DOMINGO. - The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) forecasts that a frontal system will bring lower temperatures and scattered but often heavy showers and thunderstorms to the country’s north, northeast, southeast, Central Mountains and border zone.
