Drugs seized, arrests made aboard the Ferry, freighter
SANTO DOMINGO. - The National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) Sunday night seized 28 packages of cocaine aboard a ship moored at the Caucedo Multimodal Port and arrested two Philippine crewmembers, charged with bringing the drug from Colombia to take it to Holland.
