Amable Aristy says 75% of reformist activists support his project

Santo Domingo.– Amable Aristy, veteran politico and president of the minority PLRD party "La Estructura," said that over seventy percent of the reformist activism will support his political project.

The senator from wealthy La Altagracia province said he is optimistic for the support he is getting from the leaders of his former organization, the once powerful conservative Social Christian Reformist Party (PRSC).

Aristy announced that the organization will be renamed Liberal Reformist Party, and that no leader will be excluded because "they will be important for future decision-making processes".
