Dominican Republic is a country full of opportunities: Spanish expert

Santo Domingo.- Spanish expert on public administration Tomas Orbea Celaya said that the Dominican Republic is a country full of opportunities because its people are available, it has the ability to move forward towards development and has the Public Administration Ministry (MAP), that has for years has trained staff in the public sector, which is essential for progress.

Orbea, who is also a consultant for the Latin American Administration Center for Development (CLAD), said the great work being done by the MAP with the training of civil servants became the "breeding ground" for things to work better in the State.

He added that in 2014, he and other international experts were in Santiago on a course of sustainable cities and all teachers were Dominican. Orbea emphasized the institutional support provided by the MAP for the improvement of public administration.
