U.S. fugitive saved by Supreme Court, arrested on gruesome murders
SANTO DOMINGO. - The National Police and the San Cristóbal Office of the Prosecutor arrested the businessman Winston Rizik Rodriguez alias “El Don” and “El Gallero” (the cockfighter) in connection with the murder of two young men whose dismembered bodies were found in Nizao and Palenque in that province.
