Job fair for cruise company in La Romana

La Romana. – The Ministry of Labor will hold its 429th job fair, this time in collaboration with the cruise company Carnival Corporation. The event will take place in three Dominican cities—La Romana, Santo Domingo, and Puerto Plata—offering more than 500 jobs.

Candidates are required to submit their CVs in English. The event will featus.re a range of job openings, including positions in customer service, cashier roles, and tour operators.

In the restaurant sector, there are vacancies for waiters, kitchen assistants, chefs, sous chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, and cold kitchen assistants.

Additional roles include a steward and cleaning assistant for the cleaning team, an entertainer, and a lifeguard. The company is also seeking a pool attendant, warehouse assistant, and two IT, telecommunications, or electronics technicians. Other available positions are host, supervisor, croupier, cashier, and security officer.
