Hurricane Kirk and tropical storm Leslie active in the Atlantic

Santo Domingo.- Meteorologist Jean Suriel has alerted the public to two active tropical cyclones in the Atlantic: Hurricane Kirk and Tropical Storm Leslie. Currently, Hurricane Kirk is a powerful Category 3 storm, with sustained winds reaching 205 km/h. It is moving northwest at 17 km/h and could soon intensify to a Category 4 hurricane, with winds possibly reaching up to 220 km/h.

Tropical Storm Leslie, following closely behind Kirk, is currently over open waters. The proximity of these two systems could potentially impact weather conditions in the region over the next few days, making it crucial for residents and authorities to stay informed about their progression.
