Dominican Republic’s horse racing belly up as only track fails

Santo Domingo. - President Danilo Medina on Wednesday ordered the National Racing Commission to take over the Hipdromo Quinto Centenario and all horse racing operations in Dominican Republic, after several months of reports of its looming bankruptcy.
