Aviation company hails Medina’s use of Dominican jet for travel

Santo Domingo.- Centro AeronáuticoTripulantes (aeronautics crew center) president Alfredo Hernández Paz recently congratulated president Danilo Medina for using a Dominican-registry plane with a Dominican crew on his flights abroad.

“It’s a real pleasure for us to recognize that president Danilo Medina has used the crews and services of a Dominican aircraft with its pilots,” Hernandez said in an emailed statement.

“We have insisted a lot on this, as far as to suggest that the state must have its own presidential plane, we have the qualified pilots and we await someone’s call to provide the services of professional flight attendants that a president deserves,” Hernández said.

He added that Dominican aviation advances, as the result of joint work by the various sector agenesis and we private sector. “We’re extremely glad fro being an important player in the Dominican aviation’s progress.”
