Three days of mourning for former vice president Carlos Morales

Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina on Sunday issued an executive order declares official mourning on October 27, 28 and 29, for former vice president Carlos Morales Troncoso, passed away Friday.

Decree 402-14 instructs that the Flag to be flown at half mast during those three days at government offices and military facilities across the country.
