Abinader addresses the country a 3rd time today

Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader will speak to the country today Friday, October 16, the Gov. said on its website.

The president’s speech will be broadcast on a radio, television and digital media network, starting 9pm.

Thus far, the topics that Abinader will address have yet to be revealed.

It’s the President’s third nationwide address to the country since he took office on August 16.
