Spanish judge hired by Dominican Government to sue train company
Santo Domingo.– The Dominican Republic will be represented by prominent Spanish human rights judge Baltasar Garzón in a lawsuit against the driver and company responsible for last week's train derailment, killing 79 people in Spain.
