OPRET clarifies incident with influencer Luisito Comunica in Santo Domingo Metro

Santo Domingo.- The Office for the Reorganization of Transportation (OPRET) issued a statement this Wednesday addressing the situation involving Mexican influencer Luisito Comunica during his visit to the Santo Domingo Metro.

According to OPRET, Luisito and his team were recording without the necessary permits, prompting security personnel to intervene. “They were filming on the premises without the required authorization, as outlined in our security regulations,” the statement explained.

The Metro’s Specialized Security Body (CESMET) approached Luisito and his team to assess the situation. After verifying the details, authorities allowed them to continue, but Luisito chose not to resume recording.

OPRET welcomed Luisito Comunica and reiterated its commitment to supporting those who, like him, help promote the positive aspects of the countries they visit.
