One of the ways to push Haitians out of Dom.Rep is to take away construction work from them, and for the builders to pay Dominicans more money there has to be goverment invloment some kind of insentive. It’s a suggestion here.

Get the heavy vehicles with more than 20 years old which pollute the country and stop import and use of 2 stroke scooters .
Good start, but it’s more than 30 years late. The government will need to deal with the public transportation UNION (sindicato). Most of them (ALL) with no car insurance or driver license and fake license plates. The government needs to send everyone to retake driving class. By the way check all the motorcycle drivers they’re nuts. To be able to fix this issue it starts with the director of transportation and police enforcing the law and issuing TICKETS. There’s an other issue (the government haven’t forcast) with the ELECTRIC SCOOTERS. It’s a animal 🎪. By the way I enjoy SDQ.
