Four dead in fatal crash on La Otra Banda-Verón highway

La Altagracia.- A tragic accident on Tuesday morning along the La Otra Banda-Verón Punta Cana highway resulted in the deaths of four people. The collision between a bus and a car left the victims trapped inside the vehicle, requiring emergency teams to recover their bodies.

Preliminary reports indicate that the deceased were of Haitian nationality, though their identities have yet to be officially confirmed. Authorities, including ambulances, National Police, firefighters, and DIGESETT agents, responded under the coordination of the 911 Emergency and Security System to manage rescue efforts and traffic control.
