Nine minors among the 200 poisoned by alcohol in 24 hours during Holy Week

The Emergency Operations Center (COE) reported that in the last 24 hours, some 200 people have been treated for alcohol poisoning; of these cases, nine correspond to minors between the ages of 11 and 17.

The figure reflects a significant increase over the previous report, which reported 145 cases in a similar period.

The agency also indicated that 73 people have been treated for food poisoning during the Easter holiday.
