Punta Cana.- The Paseo del Sendero Group is undertaking a housing project in Vista Cana, located in the east of the Dominican Republic, with an investment exceeding $2,000 million. The development places a strong emphasis on environmental preservation and protection.

More than 35% of Vista Cana’s urbanization is dedicated to green spaces, ensuring that nature is integrated into each home. Alberto Vásquez, president of the Paseo del Sendero Group, highlighted the project’s commitment to creating capital gains through real estate investments for buyers and investors alike. He underscored Punta Cana’s rapid growth as a pivotal tourist hub in the region.

The inauguration of the Zayes Residences Primero project emphasized its appeal to developers and builders, offering robust guarantees for return on investment, value generation, and adherence to legal standards governing the sector in the country.
