Six new condo-hotel projects to launch in the Dominican Republic

Punta Cana.- Archipelago International, Southeast Asia’s largest private hotel management group, has partnered with Dominican real estate developer Noval Properties to manage six condo-hotel projects in the Dominican Republic.

The projects are situated in the Punta Cana, Bávaro, and Cap Cana regions. In Bávaro and Punta Cana, they include Reserva Real by Happer with 187 modern units, and at Cap Cana’s Marina, Harbor Bay by Aston with 186 units and Juanillo Hills by Aston with 60 units near the beach. Additionally, at Cana Bay, an exclusive beach and golf resort along Arena Gorda Beach in Punta Cana, the projects include Poseidonia by Aston with 1,319 units, Coral Cove by Aston with 72 units, and Riviera Bay by Aston with 110 units.
