Las Américas Airport launches online parking payment system

Santo Domingo.- Dominican Airports of the 21st Century (Aerodom) announced the launch of a new online parking payment system at Las Américas International Airport (AILA-JFPG), as part of its ongoing effort to modernize services and enhance the passenger experience.

The system allows travelers to pay for parking—whether short-term, long-term, or premium—directly from their smartphones via the airport’s website, eliminating the need to use physical payment machines. This innovation is designed to reduce wait times, streamline the checkout process, and minimize physical contact, making it especially useful during peak travel periods.

Aerodom’s Commercial Director, Alexandra Malvezin, emphasized that the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and user satisfaction. “This new digital payment system meets the expectations of our users and is a major step forward in the technological transformation we’re implementing to make airport services more convenient and efficient,” she stated.
