Dominican Republic announces dates for 27th International Book Fair 2025

Santo Domingo.- The Ministry of Culture of the Dominican Republic has officially confirmed that the 27th International Book Fair (FIL 2025) will take place from September 25 to October 5 at the Juan Pablo Duarte Cultural Plaza in Santo Domingo.

Held under the slogan “See what FIL 2025 brings you: Protagonists,” the fair will once again gather writers, readers, publishers, and cultural professionals in one of the country’s most anticipated literary events.

The Ministry emphasized that the event will continue to prioritize idea exchange, the promotion of reading, and the recognition of literary figures, both national and international. While the guest country and featured authors have yet to be announced, the full program is expected in the coming weeks.
