Clara, AI-powered digital ambassador, wins two international awards
Santo Domingo.- LLYC and Progreso launched Clara, a digital AI sustainability ambassador, making Progreso the first Central American company to use AI to communicate its sustainability strategy. Clara, trained on five years of sustainability reports and cultural insights, interacts in real time, making sustainability communication more engaging and accessible.
The project received multiple awards, including first place in CSR/ESG reporting at the PR News Impact Communications Awards 2025 and “Use of AI” at the International Sustainability Awards. Clara’s launch and campaigns generated strong engagement, with significant increases in event attendance, web activity, social media interactions, and real-time questions answered.
The initiative highlights Progreso’s innovative approach and LLYC’s focus on integrating creativity, technology, and purpose in corporate communications.
