Dominican-Haiti border back to normal despite lockout of workers

Dajabón, Dominican Republic.- The Dominican-Haiti border was back to normal Thursday, despite that the authorities clarified that there was no agreement reached with the priest Regino Martínez, who heads a protest with Haitian immigrants at town of Ouanaminthe.
