President Abinader calls for public-private partnership to build major league-quality stadium
Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader expressed disappointment on Monday that, despite being one of the world’s leading exporters of baseball talent, the Dominican Republic lacks a stadium suitable for Major League games. He acknowledged that constructing such a stadium would require a significant financial investment, which his administration cannot fully undertake on its own. As a result, his government is exploring public-private partnerships to realize this objective.

Why can’t he use the 40 billion dollars he borrowed ????
