Blame game on blackout’s cause trumps ‘objective’ report

Santo Domingo.- Energy industry representatives, experts and government officials of the national grid’s (SENI) Review Committee met behind closed doors Tuesday to “objectively” determine what caused Saturday night’s nationwide blackout, as the blame game begins.
