Expo NTD Cibao 2025 showcases innovation and global flavor in Santiago

Santiago de los Caballeros.- The Maguá Room of the Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel in Santiago hosted the first edition of Expo NTD Cibao 2025, a dynamic event that brought together international chefs, over 40 renowned global brands, and more than 350 industry professionals for a showcase of culinary innovation, technical expertise, and product development.

Organized by NTD Ingredients, the expo aimed to deliver value to clients by introducing new business opportunities, sharing knowledge, and inspiring creativity in the baking, pastry, and food service sectors. The event featured live demonstrations, technical sessions, and a cooking show led by top chefs from Mexico, Colombia, and other parts of Latin America.

Expo NTD 2025 featured over 200 products from a portfolio of more than 1,000 references, highlighting the company’s strength in providing mixes, bases, creams, fillings, and glazes tailored to evolving market trends. Guests explored new concepts for display cases, menus, and buffets, while the NTD technical team offered hands-on support for product development, training, and innovation.
