Carolina Mejía to attend Dominicanísimo Awards

Santo Domingo.- National District Mayor Carolina Mejía will travel to the United States this Thursday to participate in the Dominicanísimo Awards in Boston, an event that recognizes and supports the Dominican community abroad. The gala will take place at the Omni Seaport Hotel in Massachusetts, where Mejía will join in honoring the achievements of Dominican residents.

During her visit, Mejía will stop at the Dominican Consulate in Boston and meet with Mayor Brian de Peña at Lawrence City Hall. Her agenda will then extend to New Jersey and New York, where she will combine official, community, and political activities. On Saturday, August 30, she will visit the Dominican Consulate in New Jersey, take part in Dominican Parade celebrations.
