Royalty Dance Crew makes history with perfect score at Dunkan Dance Fest

Bogotá, Colombia.- The Dominican dance group Royalty Dance Crew made history by earning a perfect score and the gold medal at the 19th Dunkan Dance Fest International, marking the first time in nearly two decades that any team has achieved this distinction in the prestigious urban dance competition.

Their flawless performance not only secured the top prize but also elevated the Dominican Republic’s name on the global stage. The win follows a remarkable streak of achievements, including a gold medal at the Dominican Republic National Hip Hop Championship, a silver medal in Puerto Rico, and the Golden Buzzer at Dominicana’s Got Talent 2025.

Led by Erick Guzmán, Soberano Award winner for Best Choreography, Royalty Dance Crew continues to establish itself as a leader in Dominican hip-hop culture. The group is set to return home on November 6 to perform at the World of Dance Dominican Republic before preparing for its next international tour.
