Corales Puntacana Championship set for July 2026

Punta Cana.- The PGA Tour and Puntacana Resort have confirmed that the Corales Puntacana Championship will return from July 13–19, 2026, at the Corales Golf Course. This will mark the ninth edition of the tournament, under a renewed agreement that extends through 2027.

Manuel Sajour, Executive Director of Marketing for Grupo Puntacana and tournament director in the Dominican Republic, highlighted that the event not only strengthens the country’s golf profile but also positions Punta Cana as one of the leading golf tourism destinations in the Caribbean.

Beyond sports, the championship generates a significant social impact. Proceeds benefit initiatives of the Puntacana Foundation, including health and education programs. Through the Sponsor Value Program, more than 150,000 people have received medical care, and over 7,000 students have graduated from Grupo Puntacana’s educational centers.
