ADOTURD and Médico Express Sign Strategic Alliance to Combine Sports Tourism and World-Class Healthcare in the Dominican Republic

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic – The Dominican Association of Sports Tourism (ADOTURD) and Médico Express have signed an Inter-Institutional Cooperation Agreement creating a collaborative framework to position sports tourism and healthcare as complementary pillars of the Dominican Republic’s value proposition for athletes, sports delegations, academies, and international visitors.

The agreement was signed during the institutional gathering “Dominican Republic: Hub for Sports Tourism,” held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, with participation from leaders across the tourism, sports, healthcare, finance, and investment sectors, and with institutional support from ASONAHORES.

The memorandum was executed by Yerik Pérez, President of ADOTURD, and Dr. Alejandro Cambiaso, Executive President of Médico Express, reinforcing a shared vision focused on elevating safety standards, quality, and the overall athlete experience in the country.
