Pawa Dominicana starts operations with two flights to Caribbean islands

Santo Domingo.– Dominican-based airline Pawa Dominicana began its operations Friday, with two flights to Curaçao and Aruba, departing from the Las Americas International Airport Dr. Jose Francisco Peña Gomez.

Flights 711 to Aruba and 701 to Curaçao took off at 6:30 p.m. from Santo Domingo. Pawa airplanes will be showcasing the Dominican flag as it emblem, elnuevodiario.com.do reported.

The airline said that it will be operating a full itinerary starting Sunday, August 16th with the addition of St. Maarten as its third destination in the Caribbean, within its first phase of operations.

Curaçao
On August 14th, Curaçao celebrated Pawa’s Santo Domingo – Curaçao itinerary with an inaugural flight that was welcomed at the Curaçao International Airport in the evening.
