U.S. citizen found dead in Puerto Plata, police suspect foul play

Puerto Plata, Dom. Rep.- An Italian-American businessman identified as Anthony Vacile, 51, was foundhanged around 5am Tuesday, inside his apartment in a building of the city,local media report.

The police said Vacile was found in his residence in thecondo La Pescaderia Cachita.

The Puerto Plata regional command said it investigatesthe case because the foreigner was found with his hands tied and his mouth gagged.
