The weather for this Sunday in the Dominican Republic

Santo Domingo – The Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) reported that today, Sunday, from early morning, the tropical wave will directly impact the weather conditions over the country, bringing humidity and instability that will leave clouds with downpours and thunderstorms at times on the Caribbean coastal coast, the northeast, and the eastern portion, especially La Altagracia. La Romana, San Pedro de Macorís, Samaná, María Trinidad Sánchez, Peravia, Barahona, Pedernales, San Cristóbal and Greater Santo Domingo.

However, Indomet indicated that in the afternoon, these downpours will extend to other towns located in the northwest, north, northeast, Central Cordillera and the border area, being moderate to strong locally with thunderstorms and gusts of wind, mainly in Hato Mayor, Sánchez Ramírez, Monte Plata, El Seibo, Dajabón, Santiago, La Vega, Santiago Rodríguez, Elías Piña, San Juan, Pedernales, Independencia and surrounding areas, who will be present until the early hours of the night.
