Government’s commitment is all talk. Talk is cheap. Immigration enforcement starts at the border. When the heads of the Dominican government decide to rid the country of the border mafias, to include people on the government payroll who are on the take, then there will be control. There is no control at the border now.

This is true, get rid of the illegal payments to those officers at the frontera that are responsible of enforcing the law. GET RID OF THEM!! The Goverent know who they are.And Yes, do something about them!
