Dominican Consulate in New York to host job fair at Lincoln Hospital

New York.- The Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in New York will host a Job Fair on Saturday, March 15, at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx. The event, organized by Consul Jesús Vásquez in collaboration with the Dominican Institute Abroad and over 50 local organizations, will run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The free event will offer job opportunities, healthcare services, and social resources, aimed at connecting professionals with companies focused on community growth and job creation. Attendees will have access to networking opportunities, resume workshops, interview tips, and career guidance. Additionally, resumes will be submitted to participating employers, and on-site training and interviews will be conducted.

Health services at the fair will include blood pressure screenings, cancer screening information, and Narcan overdose prevention training. Immigration resources and guidance on accessing available services will also be provided.
