Bill to amend Customs law was ‘offered, sold and bought’

Santo Domingo.- Customs director Fernando Fernandez on Tuesday said the bill to amend the Customs Act was a promise senator Reinaldo Pared made to benefit courier companies and that "and in fact that law offered, sold and bought."
